Welcome to Maison à votre santé, an exclusive luxury B&B in the Bordeaux wine region, located near the world-famous village of Saint-Émilion and just 10 minutes from the Dordogne River. A stay to remember
Maison à votre santé is housed in a charming 175-year-old farmhouse, perched on a hill with breathtaking panoramic views, including the majestic Château de Duras. This area, often called French Tuscany, offers the perfect combination of nature, culture, gastronomy, and wine.
Our B&B features four stylish guest rooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom and a comfortable king-size bed. The rooms Vue de Château, Marzelle, and our Maison à votre santé Suite are equipped with air conditioning for extra comfort.
Free Wi-Fi is available, and guests can enjoy private on-site parking.

To preserve the peace, privacy, and culinary experience for all our guests, Maison à votre santé is an adults-only B&B and is therefore not suitable for children.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful or adventurous area for your holiday,
Savignac de Duras, which is in the north western corner of te department of the Lot et Garonne, is the place for you.
Less "touristy" than the Dordogne but central for all the delights of S.W. France.
Whithin 3 miles you are in the department of Gironde (the wine area of Bordeaux) and in less than 20 minutes driving, you're in the Dordogne.
The surroundings of Savignac de Duras have lots to offer. The hilly countryside will remind you of Tuscany. www.paysdeduras.com.
Duras is 2 miles away with it's famous castle, weekly market, friendly bars and restaurants are well worth visiting.
Tasting the French culture ?
Every monday morning there is bustling market in Duras. You'll find delicious vegetables, cheese, fresh fish, oysters, foie gras, and the famous Pruneaux d'Agen. You can taste the delicacies from the Sud-Ouest in the restaurants around Savignac de Duras.
Savignac de Duras is part of the Appellation Controlée (AOC) de la Côtes de Duras, one of the oldest Appellations in France. A large proportion of the grape growers make their own wine rather than sending the grapes to the local Co-operative as happens in many other areas. This results in a wide variety of individual wines.
Near Maison à votre santé are several other famous wine-areas
such as the famous vineyards of Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux, Bergerac, Sauternes and Chateau Monbazillac.
Visiting cities?
Saint-Emilion, Bordeaux and Bergerac are place's not to be missed. Bordeaux is a very impressive city with its fine buildings, restaurants and shops. Bergerac has a beautiful ancient centre.
A nice trip along the Dordogne river visiting Domme, La Roque-Gageac, Monpazier it's all possible!
The area is rich with "Bastide" villages, such as Eymet, Monségur and Monpazier.
Castle's/seaside just an impression of the area
Not far from from Savignac de Duras you'll find several Castles such as Château de Duras www.chateau-de-duras.com
Château Bonaguil, chateau Monbazillac and chateau Biron.
You can visit the Atlantic coast (90 min.), visit the famous oyster bay from Arcachon(75 min) or the Dune de Pilat, the highest dune in Europe.
Activities? Golf, Walking?
One of the most famous golf courses in France is only 10 miles from maison à votre santé: Château Des Vigiers in Monestier.
There are also a number of Nine hole courses within short distance.
The hilly countryside is very well suitable for a nice cycling tour.(bikes for rent in Duras). Some experience is needed.
The lovely hilly country side of the Lot et Garonne is ideal for hikers, with a lovely view around every corner.
Many walks are arranged in the area, which are fun to join.The walks are very varying; woods, vineyards, rivers and canal's, small villages and monuments. All these walk's have one thing in common; never to hurried and always surrounded by nature.
Canoe? Air ballooning?
The rivers Dordogne and Dropt are nearby. There are possibility's for boat-tours and canoe renting.
