La Paresse en Douce - Slow down and stay a while...

La Paresse en Douce means, freely translated, ‘lovely laziness’ and that is exactly what we offer you: time to relax combined with delicious meals and a good night’s rest during your stay in the Auvergne. Bed and breakfast La Paresse en Douce is a pleasant holiday accommodation situated in the quiet Auvergne region of France. Tranquillity, nature, culture.

You can stay in one of our large, attractive rooms. We have our own library with, a lot of tourist information about our region, a lounge with an open fireplace and WiFi. In the walled garden is a small swimming pool and a hot tub. Opposite our B&B we have a lovely 4-person holiday home (La Fiancée du Paresseux) with beautiful views, a large balcony and a green garden with swimming pool.

We don 't receive ‘adults-only’, families with children aged 12 and older are also very welcome.

Table d'hote:  In the evening you can pull up a chair at our ‘table d’hôte’. (5 times a week). We prepare a three-course dinner for you with fresh regional produce and with herbs from our kitchen garden. Henk adores cooking, not only French cuisine but dishes from all over the world. We have varied, colourful and scented menus.

It is our pleasure to welcome you in our B&B for a pleasant and relaxing stay. We like to pamper you with personal attention, a pleasant ambiance and of course all the delicious food from Henk's kitchen. Attention makes everything more fun, more beautiful and more delicious!
