UW EIGEN PRIVE VILLA IN
IN SAINTE-MAXIME.
Deze prachtige, typisch Provençaalse vrijstaande villa is gelegen in het hart van de "Golf van Saint-Tropez."
De villa met grote omheinde tuin van 1500 m2 en prive zwembad ligt enkel 800 meter van Nartelle een van de mooiste stranden in Frankrijk. De stad Sainte-Maxime is vlakbij en Saint Tropez is om de hoek.
We verwelkomen u graag op ons Domaine L’Oiseau Bleu om te genieten van een onvergetelijk verblijf.
Onze villa ligt enkel 700 meter van het strand. De villa is de beneden verdieping van een grotere villa met eigen ingang, prive tuin en zwembad. De villa heeft 3 slaapkamers van 20 m2, 2 badkamers met alle luxe voorzien, een open woonkamer, eetkamer en keuken met alle apparatuur die u nodig heeft. Daarnaast is er een was hok aanwezig met wasmachine en droger en kunt u maximaal 3 auto's binnen de electrische poort parkeren.
Alle 3 de slaapkamers hebben grote bedden met openslaande deuren naar de tuin.
De villa is perfect voor gezinnen met kinderen. De villa heeft bijvoorbeeld een trampoline, schommel, playstation, spelletjes en is op loopafstand van het strand.
Ons zwembad is beveiligd met een alarm en ligt in een omheinde tuin van 1500 m2. We hebben verschillende terrassen waar u kunt eten of kunt uitrusten op een heerlijk bedje. Op 5 minuten loopafstand is er een supermarkt waar u 's ochtends vers brood kunt halen.
Wij onderhouden onze villa en tuin erg goed en alles is dan ook zeer schoon en netjes.
Er zijn kinderbedjes en stoelen beschikbaar.
De kosten zijn inclusief. Wij vragen enkel €150 voor de schoonmaak kosten en 17,50 per persoon voor uw linnen pakket (bed en badkamer).
The quests can enjoy the complete terrain with a surface of 1500 m2 with private swimming pool and different romantic spots to enjoy la douce France. The house is only 5 minutes walking from one of the best beaches of the cote D'azur. During summer times the supermarket is around the corner (5 min. walk) and you can enjoy the restaurants at the beach (5 min. walk).
The beach of Sainte Maxime can be reached by foot.
There is a bus stop 5 minutes from the villa if you prefer to use public transport.
To avoid the busy coastal road in the high season, you can also easily take the St Tropez ' bus-boat (bâteaux verts) ' from the ports of Ste Maxime but also the other way, starting from the port of Les Issambres and St. Raphaël.
This section of the South of France is easily accessible via car, train and plane.
Between the French toppers Saint-Tropez (18 km) and Cannes (45 km) are the resorts of Sainte-Maxime, Les Issambres, Saint-Aygulf on the coastal road to Frejus and Saint-Raphael. This stretch of the Côte d’Azur is known for its beautiful sandy beaches full of entertainment and the quieter, beautiful bays with gravel and sandy beaches. You will find fashionable marinas with priceless yachts but also small restaurants where you will be served excellent value for money. Visit Port-Grimaud (21 km), a fortified town by the sea, completely rebuilt in old style. Many older Grimaud (5 km away) and La Garde Freinet (15 km away), once a strong Moorish robber nest. Both towns are equipped with a castle with great views and located in the Massif des Maures, a rugged mountainous area where you create the most beautiful walks. Also a good walk is around the striking ‘Rocher’, the rock of Roquebrune restrain (14 km, mountain boots is enough) You can start in the picturesque Provencal village of Roquebrune-sur-Argens, down the rock, to be rewarded in the end with a magnificent view the Mediterranean. A visit to Saint Tropez has to be at you wish-list! To avoid the busy coastal road to Saint Tropez in the high season, you can go easy with the ‘bus-boat ‘ ( bâteaux verts ) from the ports of Ste . Maxime, Les Issambres and St. Raphael.
