Each season, we welcome people who want to relax in a beautiful and restful surrounding. Where -at the evening- you will be invited by the hostess to join the table to enjoy a culinary surprise with fresh products, accompanied by excellent wines from the region.
We offer several activities some examples: culinary workshops, papermaking, photoquest in the village etc.
aunes Minervois is a medieval village with narrow streets and "sand coloured" stone buildings surrounding the great 8th century Abbey.
Caunes (also famous for his red marble that's used in Versailles, the opera of Paris etc.) is situated in the Languedoc, in the region of the Aude, surrounded with vineyards at the foot of the Montagne Noire (Black mountain). It's a village with a great historical and cultural heritage, where it's wonderful to stroll
It's the ideal spot from where you can explore the region: Carcassonne(20 minutes); Narbonne(40 minutes); Beziers(50 minutes),Canal du Midi(15 minutes)
