Tessy and André extend a hearty welcome to you in their 'chambres d'hôtes'in Clessé, Burgundy, France.
You will be received under the romanesque church tower of Clessé in a beautiful age-old village manor surrounded by a splendid garden which has also got a swimming pool.
ln the evening - together with the other guests - you will enjoy the table d'hotes prepared by your hostess Tessy in the typical Burgundian style.
You will stay in spacious rooms equipped with large beds and each with a bathroom with all modern comfort.
WineOur 'chambres d'hotes' are the perfect starting point to discover the renowned vineyards of Burgundy and those of Viré-Clessé in particular, famous for the chardonnay wines they produce.
A hearty welcome, therefore, at 'Le Clos de Clessé' !

You will drive through a magnificent green and slanting landscape and find yourself in small romanesque villages with their churches and 'lavoirs'.
You can visit the enchanting buildings and museums in Macon, Cluny, Brancion, Cormatin, Tournus, Brou, Chalon sur Saone, Beaune or Lyon and why not take a break at one of the typical 'auberges' or restaurants?
You will climb the 'Roche de Solutré' and find yourself in prehistoric times.
